Privacy Policy
Information gathered - from users, purchasers, participants, subscribers, members, companies, groups and individuals through our website, payment process, registration process, discussion forums and other platforms and events - of information such as emails and addresses, payment details, personal details, and other info are only used for accounts and internal documentation purposes. We do not sell or share such information. We strive to keep such information as securely as we possibly can. We may sometimes display a user's name if we are conducting a private or public dicussion or event - as a necessary way to identify participants.
Payment and Return Policy
Products and services paid must be paid in full before receiving the bought items or registered courses - unless another option is expressed by YMTSFAS. The payment gateway used is PayPal where the automated system has been put in place. We sometimes offer bank transfers and a separately expressed mechanism will be relayed to the purchaser, Any issues with your PayPal transactions must be addressed to PayPal itself.

Refunds due to returns or cancellations by the purchaser will be settled on a case-by-case basis. If YMTSFAS has cancelled a course or does not follow through with a paid transaction, then YMTSFAS will return the paid amount if it cannot complete the transaction or conduct the course at the next available date. If the purchaser does not attend the course day or wishes to cancel participation of a course 5 working days or less before the course date, there will be no refunds. Refunds will not be considered for paid items such as books. Receiving of items is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, which includes providing the correct address and contact information and to pay any customs taxes or duties on the ordered items.
